Developing
This first week is actually your menstrual amount. as a result of its due date (EDD) is calculated from the last day of principal amount.

Your body

You should: Avoid alcohol, drugs, snuff and merchandise. These substances cause birth defects, fetal alcohol syndrome-vie, respiratory problems, low birth weight and various health problems. 'Talk to your doctor about any prescription and nonprescription (OTC) medicines you are taking. 
     You have to take special precautions with medications as a result of several prescription and over the counter will have a negative effect on the fetus. however, do not stop taking drugs while not        consult your provider health care - he or she will help you weigh 'edges and the potential risks to stop taking drugs. 

Maintain a diet that contains an adequate amount of vitamins, particularly folic acid. women trying to become pregnant should take four hundred micrograms of folic acid daily. The adequate intake of folic acid reduces the risk of neutral tube defects (birth defects caused by incomplete development of the brain or spinal cord) such as spina bifida. be sure to talk with your provider health care in relation to take a folic acid supplement while you are making an attempt to conceive.
